Apulia has an abundance of beautiful almond trees and this is exactly where we work to constantly improve our ideas and preparation processes for developing ever new products based on this delicious ingredient.
Besides the diversity of our almond sweets, our product range is further enriched by another specialty: butter biscuits. Also for these we chose only the best natural raw materials such as butter, flour, and sugar, all without preservants or colourants. Thus, we render our products simple but exclusive as they are primarily characterised by one ingredient: butter, and thanks to our high quality products remaining true to traditional methods we suceed in satisfying even the most refined tastes.
